Xpresssions

To ensure that you don’t miss out on messages or emails from Ysgol Bro Gwaun:

We would recommend installing the app onto your mobile device which will alert you to any new message using the links below.

If you haven’t done so already, create your account on GroupCall Xpressions. (To start this process, please go to https://parents.groupcall.com).

Email sent through Xpressions will be sent from 6684031@groupcallalert.com – you may need to ensure that this address is put into the safe senders list to avoid the junk/spam folder.

Classcharts

You can also monitor your child(ren)s achievements/conduct/attendance through ClassCharts (https://www.classcharts.com )

Your child(ren) will have been issued with their ClassCharts Pupil code
Use this in conjunction with the ClassCharts Student App for your mobile device which can be downloaded below.

If you have more than 1 child in Ysgol Bro Gwaun, please contact us for a Parent Code instead.

Google Classroom

You can also sign up for alerts from Google Classroom, which will inform you of any pending deadlines or missed homework.

Emails

Outlook/Live/MSN email users:

Gmail users:
- Sign into Gmail (https://mail.google.com) using a web browser
- Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then Settings
- Click on Filters and then Create a new filter
- Enter 6684031@groupcallalert.com in the To field
- Click Create filter with this search
- In the box headed When a message arrives that matches this search select Never send it to spam
- Click the Create filter button
